We understand that courier shipping might be costly to just ship a single item or two. Thus, we introduce the Open Box Program where we will keep your crystal with us till you decide to ship them.

This way, you will be able to combine shipping fee across launches as well as use less packaging and help the earth!

Open Box

The local courier fees of RM8-RM15 will be charged when you check out. Which will then be offset/refunded if the order hits above RM330-RM360 for free shipping (you can accumulate your order across our live shows or website to enjoy free shipping!)

To have an Open Box with us, do leave a remark "Open Box" at the

check out page.

Important Notes:

There are no time limits on how long you can leave your open box with us. The recommended duration for our Open Box Program is at 4 weeks

(as we don't want you to forget your order).
